By placing a custom apparel order, you agree to the following terms and conditions: A non-refundable deposit is required to begin your order—50% for orders of 1–9 items and 80% for orders of 10 or more. Deposits will be requested after your order is confirmed via text, call, or email. Final payment is due upon completion, and accepted payment methods include Cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, or CashApp. A shipping fee of $10 or more will apply, and any drop-offs or meet-ups over 3 miles will incur a $10 fee. Orders requested within 3 days or less of your desired completion date will include a $15 rush fee. Changes made more than 24 hours after your order is placed will result in a $10 inconvenience fee. By proceeding, you agree to maintain respectful and patient communication throughout the process, understanding that multiple orders may be in progress at the same time. You also accept full responsibility for the required deposit and agree to cooperate throughout the design and production process to ensure your expectations are met.
